You may request transcripts and documents by completing the online forms below or by sending a letter with the following information: your Thunderbird ID, Social Security number, date of birth, dates of attendance, signature and where you need the transcripts mailed.

Transcripts

Fees are $7.00 for each official transcript requested, payable by credit card or check. If you would like transcripts sent FedEx, DHL or UPS, send separate fax with name, credit card number, expiration date and signature to 602 439-5432.

Letters of Graduation

Letter of Graduation, which includes your dates of enrollment, graduation date and degree conferred are available at no charge.

Diplomas

Fees are $125.00 for each Diploma Replacement request. If you would like Diploma sent FedEx, DHL or UPS, send separate fax with name, credit card number, expiration date and signature to 602 439-5432.

Apostille

Apostille is an additional form of authentication given to a notarized document to certify that the document is a true copy of the original. So while it does certify  that the form is an exact copy of the original document, it does not certify that the content is accurate. Below is a partial list of documents that can be given an apostille.

Access Thunderbird for Alumni

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts for alumni from the current year back to 2005 are available. Please note that alumni who graduated prior to 2005 must contact the Thunderbird Registrar's Office to obtain official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are not available for classes that graduated prior to 2005.
