Example/Methodology

Working with a large global mining equipment provider, TLCN developed a series of psychometric tests to evaluate executives on their decision making processes. Using the results of this research, TLCN and the company were able to develop a customized experiential learning workshop that enhanced behavioral changes in the executives' communication and decision making abilities.
