Tuition for the Executive MBA Cohort IX (Fall 2012 to Spring 2014) is $91,500.

Tuition is invoiced in a series of installments over the course of the program, spanning three calendar years (2012, 2013 and 2014). The tuition fee structure for Cohort IX will be available soon.

Tuition and Fees

EARLY APPLICATION INCENTIVE FOR 2012 -- Apply by April 30 and receive a $3000 tuition credit and priority consideration for scholarships.

Tuition inclusions:

  • All academic fees for 49-credit academic program, including all textbooks, case study and supporting academic materials
  • Hotel accommodation for six of the 12 modules*, including
    • The opening module in Geneva (local Geneva residents also stay at the hotel with out-of-towners for the orientation module)
    • Three international field seminar modules
    • Two modules on Thunderbird's campus in Arizona, USA
  • Professional Leadership Development (assessment, 360 feedback, etc.)
  • Special events (guest speakers, alumni receptions, group dinners, etc.)
  • Thunderbird Career Management Center support
  • Access to Thunderbird International Business Information Centre (IBIC) Online library, databases and journal resources
  • Staff support during modules
  • Graduation ceremony and formal reception

*Housing for six of the class modules in Geneva is not included. Meals (other than group dinner events, etc.) and airfares are not included; students make their own travel arrangements for all program components.

Thunderbird maintains preferred rates at convenient, accessible local hotels in Geneva for those requiring accommodation. Candidates are strongly encouraged to stay within Geneva city center during modules, for access to classmates in the evenings for group assignments and group study. Geneva staff work with participants to recommend best locations and rates, and to coordinate for those who prefer to share rooms and save on these additional housing costs.
