To drive truly sustainable business growth, today's global leaders need a broader perspective beyond the standard MBA program. In addition to world-class management practices, they need cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. They need a keen understanding of the political and economic factors that shape each region's business landscape--and a repertoire of skills to respond to the forces that drive change.
Thunderbird’s Executive MBA-Europe program develops these skills in convenient format for busy working professionals from across Europe and the Middle East. The program is based in Geneva, Switzerland, an influential hub for international affairs and regional headquarters for major multinational corporations, and leverages Thunderbird's knowledge network of experts and alumni across the region.
The common bond among Thunderbird students and alumni is a global mindset and a sense of global citizenship. There is a remarkable diversity within each cohort, providing powerful networking and learning opportunities. Like many of our alumni, Executive MBA participants are often positioned in expatriate assignments, or have previously worked in cross-border initiatives, while others are seeking the Executive MBA experience in order to open doors to global career opportunities.
