We enroll working professionals from across industry sectors and functional areas, from mid-level project managers to senior leaders. 

The current Europe cohorts includes commuters from as far away as Almaty, Abu Dhabi, Chicago, Luanda, and Sao Paulo.  They each share a passion for pursuing professional endeavors and personal adventures on a global level.

Executive MBA Profiles and Companies Represented

Our Executive MBA program is currently in its 8th cohort, with Cohort IX scheduled for launch on September 28, 2012 (admissions applications will be accepted through June 30, 2012). 

Each group of students brings a mix of professions and cultures to the program, providing a rich exchange of industry expertise, functional training and best practices from across regions and markets.  Most individuals bring 10 or more years of work experience, with a few years at the management level (managing either people, budgets or complex projects).

  • 15 nationalities by citizenship
  • 33% female
  • 25% hold graduate degrees in similar/other disciplines
  • 70% commute from beyond Switzerland for each module
  • Typical Age range:  31 - 52
  • Average years of prior work experience:  14  (minimum 8 required)
  • Average years of exposure in management-level:  7  (minimum 3 years managing people, budgets or complex projects is required)
  • Individuals who are company-sponsored (for full or partial tuition support): 25%
  • Self-sponsored: 75%
