Academic Calendar

Thunderbird's Accelerated Full-time MBA program is ideal for professionals who already have a foundation in accounting, data analysis/statistics, finance and management through an undergraduate major or minor in business or 5+ years work experience including at least one year managing a budget and staff.

With these essential skills already in your tool kit, the accelerated program takes you quickly to the heart of Thunderbird's unique global curriculum. You may opt to put your global business skills to the test in a one-trimester internship during the middle of your MBA program and complete the 46.5-credit program in four trimesters. Alternatively, you may choose to forgo the internship and complete your program in only three trimesters. Either way, you will save a full trimester by participating in the accelerated program instead of the traditional program. See the chart below to view the various options available to you.
