Searching Student Resumes

You can access Thunderbird résumé books from two portals: MBA Focus or GlobalConnect. Either way, you'll have online access to high-caliber Thunderbird students quickly, easily and at no cost to you. Both databases allow you to conduct a résumé search tailored to the needs of your organization by specifying function and industry, years of experience, language proficiencies, country work eligibility and graduation date/availability. GlobalConnect Résumé Books

GlobalConnect is Thunderbird's full-service campus recruiting management system. Visit http://www.thunderbird.edu/globalconnect to set up an account and accommodate all your Thunderbird hiring needs:

1. Search for candidates by keyword and qualifications.
2. Create résumé workbooks of selected candidates.
3. Post jobs and schedule campus recruiting visits.
4. Invite candidates to schedule an interview.
5. Request a videoconference presentation and/or interviews.
6. Manage jobs, candidates and visits with ease.
